THE PROPERTY BEING COMPLAINED ON HAS ALWAYS KEPT THE FRONT YARD IN A DECENT CONDITION NOT THE BEST OR WORST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT CONTINUES TO BE COMPLAINED ON. THE STRUCTURE HAS A 8 FT WALL TO THE NORTH AND A 6 FT WALL ALL THE WAY AROUND THE REST OF THE PROPERTY. I CANNOT SEE INTO THE REAR YARD FROM THE STREET AREA AND I CANNOT SEE INTO THE REAR YARD FROM SAN ANTONIO AV THE CLOSEST STREET TO THE REAR. I FOUND NO VIOLATIONS IN THE FRONT YARD AND FOUND THE HOMEOWNER OUTSIDE TODAY TRIMMING PLANTS IN HER FRONT YARD AREA. I'VE SPOKEN TO HER BEFORE AND SEE COMPLAINS TO ME THAT THE NEIGHBOR TO THE NORTH CONTNIUALLY CALLS IN COMPLAINTS. THIS IS THE NEIGHBOR TO THE NORTH WITH THE 8 FT WALL BETWEEN. I AGAIN CANNOT SEE INTO THE REAR YARD WITHOUT TRESPASSING. A POP UP CAMPER TAKES UP MOST OF THE DRIVE AND THERE IS WROUGHT IRON INFRONT OF THE CARPORT AND ANY PERSON CANNOT SEE INSIDE . I HAVE NO ISSUES AGAIN TODAY NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
