09/01/2020 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-4. PERMITS REQUIRED. Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to section 301 of the Administrative Code, as adopted by reference per section 6-1 of this Code, or pursuant to any other ordinance or statute, no building, structure or building service equipment regulated by this chapter or by the technical codes adopted by the city shall be built, erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished unless a permit first has been obtained from the building official in the manner provided in the administrative and building codes adopted by the city. The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe.
09/01/2020 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

11/12/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and found no change at this property. Called Brain from Phoenix who I met as potential owners three weeks ago. He stated yes they did purchase the property about 2 1/2 weeks ago however Pima county has not recorded it as of yet. He gave me a number to his colleague Dan who will be heading the project. Made contact with Dan who stated they have resubmitted the same plans for PDSD about a week ago and is waiting for contact from PDSD. I gave them the phone number to call PDSD for him to check on this. Will follow up in several weeks
