Description:

Mobile dog groomer dumps dirty water in the street in our neighbor daily. It smells really bad. We live close to the Tanque Verde wash where all rainwater and now this dirty water flows into. Mobile groomer has no licence plate. The trailer is parked in the street when not at grooming appointments.
