04/02/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from the office and the supervisor Mrtin Romero had called that the house has a backed up sewer. Arrived and a relative for the tenant was on site. The master bathroom has a backed up sewer. Did talk to the owner and had plumbers on site yesterday to check the site. They had to run a camera down the line due to was still backed up. They found a break in the drainage line and will need to be replaced. They do have plumbers coming today to start making holes in the concrete to check on what needs to be done. Did leave a card on site to call if anything changes. The tenant has been happy with the progress and has been kept up to date on all issues with the effort on the site. RV.
04/28/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the tenant and all the work hs been completed and all is working. The tenant has no other complaints on the property and will be closing this case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
