03/24/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received a call from the office that bees are on the rear of the property by the shed and a fence. Arrived and the house is a rental and found the bees in the rear of the property by a wood frame shed under the floor area of the shed. Also has a tree on the wet of the house that has been cut at the branch and has hole with bees going inside the cut branch. Did call the owner and will be treating the bees tonight. Did let the owner know that if the bees still exist tomorrow that the City of Tucson will be treating the areas and the owner will be charged. Did give the tenant paperwork to give to the owner due to if not treated than the City will treat the area. RV.
09/04/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The bees in the rear shed have been addredsed. Does have some bees in the tree on the side of the house. Did call the owner and he will check the tree. The bees are not a problem but has a large truck running and the sound is making the bees come out. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
