The rep. is a attorney for the owner and will be sending the No Trespassing Letter to the Attorney to have signed. They had a letter before and not sure if signed and mailed to T.P.D. RV.
03/12/2020	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	Went back to the site and the Brush and Bulky crew was on site with T.P.D. to have the area cleaned. The people have move the items they want to take with them and left the trash and debris to be picked up. The area is cleaned up and some of the tree branches are being cut to blocked the area. This case will be closed at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
03/12/2020	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	T.P.D. on site with a homeless camp. No one was in the camp area and did have a radio on. Did wait and the people showed up. T.P.D. Did talk to the people and they will be moving the items from the area. Did call the clean up crew to have the area cleaned. Did do the posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate. Placed on a tree. The people were moving there items to keep. RV.
