Structure in back yard was built without permits. Previously had to remove electric and water from addition and was allowed to use structure for storage. Now there are too many people occupying the front house and also living in the back structure which is unsafe. Electrical cords running thru windows. Running water now too. Structure is dilapidated. Back fence is dilapidated. Carport in front is falling down as well. Weeds/refuse in back yard. Paint is falling off house. Hazard and extreme dangerous living conditions.
