02/19/2020	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	The office called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site. T.P.D. had already called for the board up and Arcaiden Industries was on site and measuring for the cuts. The property has been worked on for some time and not completed. The property has opened windows and doors. The property has the main house than a detached structure at the rear of the property also opened at this time. Has a storage building that also has been opened. All the openings that were opened were secured with plywood. Did have some of the openings still secured and those were checked. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter through out the property and posted the N.O.V. on the front window of the main house due to the owner was not coming to the property. Will be calling the owner tomorrow due to will be discussing demo'ing the property. Have been to this property several times to secure before and nothing has been done to keep the property secured. RV.
