03/06/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved TRIED CONTACTING OCCUPANT A 3RD TIME BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER, LEFT A MESSAGE. SPOKE WITH MARTIN ROMERO AND EXPLAINED OCCUPANT HAS MOVED OUT OF THE UNIT, LIVING ELSEWHERE, AND MAKING A COMPLAINT. MARTIN ASKED I CLOSE CASE AS OCCUPANT HAS VACATED THE UNIT AND THIS ALLOWS MANAGEMENT TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
