02/28/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MORALES Approved ON SITE WITH MR. SPOKE TO MANAGER. THEY ARE ALLOWING A HOMELESS PERSON TO STAY IN STORAGE CONTAINER WITH EXTENSION CORD RUNNING FROM ROOF TO CONTAINER. INFORM MANAGER THEY CANNOT ALLOW PERSON TO LIVE IN STORAGE CONTAINER.
03/12/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the owner of the business and still had the extension cord hanging from the roof. Did request that the externsion cord be removed and the owner went on the roof to remove the cord. The person that was in the container was asked to leave the site due to was hanging out in the rear of the store. Did go over that the person can't remain on the property to hang out and will need to put a lock on the stairway to the roof. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
