02/06/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Supervisor called that T.F.D. on site with a medical call and hoarding. While in route received a call from the office that the tenant was being transported to the hospital and needed to meet with the manager. Arrived and the met with the management and the tenant was transported due to not responding. Did go to the unit and the unit is cluttered and has hoarding going on in the unit. The kitchen has the counter filled with storage and trash and debris. The stove has items stacked on all the burners. The tenant was going to the bathroom all over the unit and the bathroom has feces on the floor and around the toilet. Have no clear paths to doors and windows and has areas where items are stacked floor to ceiling. The electrical was removed at the panel inside the unit. The management has advised that this unit for the same tenant has been cleaned twice due to the same conditions. At this time the unit is being condemned and the management signed the paperwork. The unit is being secured by the management due to the tenant has no family in the area and are all out of state.
02/07/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. The unit will be cleaned by the management due to the condition of the tenant. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
