01/30/2020	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and the units were still on site. The fire was out and was checking for hot spots. Did have an injury due to the tenant jumped out of the window and cut himself. The tenant was transported to the hospital to be checked. The fire was in the kitchen and livingroom area. The drywall was removed on the wall that is shared to the next unit to check for fire in the wall. The drywall is burned in the kitchen and livingroom area and heavy smoke in the bathroom and bedroom area. The wood framing looks like not burned by the fire and the main structure is OK but will need to be checked. Had to check the other units on the same building due to the electrical was turned off during the fire. Did check those units and the electrical was turned back on. Unit #202 has some water on the floor from the fire and the tenant will clean the unit once she is able to remain in the unit. The tenant was on site and signed the paperwork. The management was going to secured the unit. RV.
