01/24/2020	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Was on site with T.P.D. and found homeless camps on the property. Did find 2-people in a tent and they were checked out and then advised that they needed to leave the property. Have not been able to locate the owner and did call and leave messages and will wait for a return call. Did do N.O.V. to Vacate the property and the people stated that they will leave the site. RV.
01/29/2020	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	Came to the site and T.P.D. was site and the area has been cleaned up at this time by the Brush and Bulky crew. Did try and cover the opening in the chain link and was not able to cover the opening. Did go to Biff Baker Fence to get a piece of fabric to cover the opening. The owner was on site and had the fencing posted with No Trespassing on the fence. The opening was covered at this time and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
01/29/2020	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The area has not been cleaned up. Did find someone on the property and called T.P.D. T.P.D. came to the site and the person on site was cited and given some time to remove what he is taking from the site. With inspector SAM. Will come back later. RV.
