01/18/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called that they are on site with the vacant house and is unsecured. They have remove the daughter of the dead owner from inside the house with a friend. The daughter was arrested and taken to jail. They did try and place the plywood back up but was still loose and not secured properly. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the opening secured. Did not do the N.O.V. due to the other N.O.V. are still posted on the front window. When securing the window the daughter showed to the property and was allowed to gather some items from the property and than secured the opening. Did talk to the daughter on getting the house in her name if she wants to work on the interior of the house. She has been working on getting assistance on the change. RV.
01/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
