01/16/2020	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with an apartment fire and the sprinkler head went off. Arrived and the units have cleared the site and the mangement was in the process of cleaning the unit and getting water out off the floor. They did have a company on site to have the unit extracted and place blowers in the unit. The tenant was getting items to stay with a friend until the units has been repaired. The fire was on the stove area and the sprinkler head went off and flooded the unit. The microwave was damaged and will have to be replaced. The walls have light smoke damage in the kitchen and living room area. The refrigerator has smoke on the side and will need to be checked if can remain in the unit. The bedrooms have carpet and have water and the living room has a vinly flooring and also has water. The breaker to the microwave was turned off and the cord was removed at the outlet. Will check at a later time on the amount of damage once the unit has dried out. RV.
