While on site found someone on the property trying to go through the fencing fabric at the bottom. That person was advised to leave the property or the T.P.D. would be called to be removed from the property. He did decide to leave the property through the front on the freeway area. The rubber strap was removed and the fabric placed back down. Did call Biff Baker Fence to the site to have 2-Tee Post installed to bring the fabric back to the standing in place straight up and down instead of leaning. Biff Baker Fence will be checking the fabric to make sure the fabric is tied to the post and where added to the existing fabric. RV.
