02/13/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and was able to meet with the property owner. As we walked the property together he explained he had an extreme time with taggers doing graffiti in his wall with gang signs particularly MS-13 gang logos. So he decided to Commission artist to use his wall as a canvas, this idea has stopped the gang graffiti for him and he calls it his art work.
