01/02/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received calls from the neighbors that the brother of the dead owner is getting into the house. Arrived and no one was on the property at this time and did find where a window has been broken to enter the house. Did find where the screws have been loosened to open the casement windows. The house has boards added and appear to be recently. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero to have the other windows not boarded up to be boarded up due to the brother of the dead owner keeps trying to get into the house. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings boarded up that were not secured. Did new posting of Do Not Enter on the windows on all four sides and posted the N.O.,V. to Vacate on the front window by the front door.
