The electrical was removed at the meter in December for non-payment and has been paid and is on at this time. Did go over the AC not working and the manager was not aware of the AC not working. The manager did do a work order and will be checked. Will check in 10 days. RV.
04/30/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Not able to make contact with the tenant and the office is closed. At this time the case will be closed until they call back if still an issue on the property. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
