12/16/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH THE OCCUPANT OUTSIDE. SHE EXPLAINED THAT SHE WAS TOLD BY AZ LEGAL AID TO CONTACT C/E, BUT IF THEY DID INSPECT THE STRUCTURE, IT MAY BE SHUT DOWN AND BOARDED UP. OCCUPANT DID NOT ALLOW ENTRY INTO THE UNIT. SPOKE TO MARTIN ROMERO WHO STATED HE HAS RECIVED SEVERAL CALLS ON THE UNIT AND THE OCCUPANT WILL NOT ALLOW OWNERS ELECTRICIANS AND SUB CONTRACTORS INSIDE TO COMPLETE REPAIRS. MARTIN STATED HE SPOKE TO BOTH THE OCCUPANT AND THE OWNER. MARTIN STATED WE SHOULD CLOSE THE CASE UNTIL OCCUPANT ALLOWS ENTRY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
