Arrived on site and met with owners of the property this is a residential double block Construction. Vehicle struck the front of the dwelling underneath the first window left of the front door. At least six blocks were hit and pushed in about a half inch. Water line was about three feet away from the hit and no damage seen or detected at the time of inspection. Interior wall was damaged to the plaster or stucco showing signs of cracking and crumbling in the interior wall approx size of damage is 3ft x 5ft. No electrical or water on that wall no issues at that time. Window is no longer operational. Paperwork signed by owner today, No permit was needed unless brick is removed to repair, this was explained to the owner. |
