Reporting a violation of Tucson City Code Sec. 20-501 on parcel 11305002B at the intersection of Prince Rd. and Tucson Blvd. There is an elderly female who has set up a panhandling operation shop on the southwestern corner of the intersection. She is distracting and disrupting vehicular traffic and is creating a safety risk. The city's interest in protecting the welfare of pedestrians and occupants of motor vehicles is compelling. Thank you for your assistance with removing this individual.
