11/27/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site and did find the owner of the property inside the house. He was advised that the house was going to be boarded up and he will have to call to get into the house. Some of the openings had secuity bars over the windows and did not board up those openings. Re-did the posting of Do Not Enter at different areas on the house and the storage room in the rear of the property. The dogs on the property had 2-litters of puppies and those were removed by the owner to another location on the street. There was water to the property and had a hose going into the house through the rear window. The owner signed the N.O.V. to Vacate and left the site. This property has a court order to have the property cleaned and will check on getting it cleaned. RV.
11/29/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
