11/18/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The property manager called that they were not sure if the unit could be rented out. Did advise that the unit was condemned for electrical issues. Did meet with the maintenance and the property manager on site and was allowed to check the unit. Did find where a smoke detector was lacking, broken covers for the outlets, the exterior doors were not sealed from the elements, the electrical panel was lacking the dead front but was on site. Will be making the correction at this time. Will call when completed. RV.
11/19/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the property manager and all the issues have been addressed at this time. At this time the case will be closed. The unit is able to be occupied at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
