11/18/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site. The house was vacant and unsecured. Was able to lock the windows with the locks on the casement windows and the slider windows. The front and rear doors were screwed shut. Did do another posting of the Do Not Enter on the front window due to the other posting was peeling off the window. While doing research did find that the property has been sold and did call the new owner to let him know that we were on site and that the house was opened and being secured. Did do the N.O.V. to Vacate the house and posted it on the front window by the front door. RV.
11/19/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed due to the new owner has permits to have the property rehab'ed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
