Description:

We responded to a call at the address and it appears that there is a shed in the backyard which is taking power from the main house via extension cord. Inside the shed was a electric heater and lighting. We did not locate any persons at the shed at this time.

Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.
11/20/2019 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(h) OUTDOOR STORAGE Outdoor storage on residential properties is prohibited under the following conditions: 1. When stored in the front yard. 2. When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

THAT PEERSON HAS LEFT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO WHEN TPD WAS ON SITE. TEP ON SITE, THE POWER WAS TURN ON ILLEGALLY. THE METER WAS REMOVED BY TEP. THE OWNER'S SON SIGN AND RECEIVED THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION NOTICE OF EMERGENCY ABATEMENTANT AND ORDER TO VACATE. REFUSE AND DEBRIS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY.
11/18/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Came to the property to have the rear door secured. I have been on site to have the house condemned due to electrical issues on the interior of the house on 8-4-18. Did not find a permit issued for the new work done or the reconnect for the elelctrical to be turned back on. Did find the red tag cut at the meter base. Did call T.E.P. to the site to have the meter box checked for tampering. At the time of the house being condemned, the property has a large amount of storage in the rear yard and still has it today. RV.
