11/13/2019	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Met with the owner and the rear unit that is detached from the house where the owner is living at this time has been breeched on a window. Does have an area in the rear of the unit that had the siding removed to get into the house. The interior has alot of the drywall removed where the people are looking for the copper in the unit. The roofing material is sheet metal and the people are starting to remove the metal to sell. The owner is not able to maintain the unit and not able to watch the unit for vandalism at this time. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero to get permission to have the property secured. Permission was given and called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the building secured. Will check if the building can be demo'ed due to the amount of activity with T.P.D. and not suitable for rehab. Served the N.O.V. to Vacate the building. Called T.E.P. to the site to have the power cut at the pole for the rear structure due to the service wires to the house from the disconnect have been cut at the disconnet box. RV.
