11/09/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with tresspassing and the building condemned. Arrived and the units were still on site and were still going through the buildings. Was finding people in the units and they were being removed. Was not able to find the owner or make contact. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the units secured. This property has been condemned for a fire where the the electrical and gas were removed at the meters. Once the people were removed, the units were secured. Did the posting of Do Not Eneter on the front and rear of the units. Did the N.O.V. to Vacate and posted it on the columns in the front or the windows with plywood. RV.
12/02/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved T.P.D. was on site on Saturday and had issues with the units being opened. The people were removed from the property at that time. Did go to the site and found no one on site. The rear gates were re-secured while on site by the inspector. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
