02/27/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No one home and was able to check the rear yard over the masonry wall. Does have some weeds and was all new growth from the recent rain. The property appears to have a least 3-dogs and the property was cleaned at this time of dog waste that was visible of the cleared areas of dirt being exposed. The front yard is cleaned and left a card on the door to talk to the tenants of the property. The owner lives or listed out of state. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
