Arrived and the house had the electrical on and had no meter and had jumpers in the sockets. T.P.D. was called to come to the site and were not coming due to volume of calls. The jumpers were removed and a cover plate was installed on the meter socket and the wires were cut at the pole. The water was on and called the water department and the water was supposed to be off. Did get permission to place a city lock on the meter off and explained that we have sqatters in the house. The property was cleaned and the interior of the house was not damaged. The owner did give permission to have the house boraded up due to not able to have the house secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house boraded up on all the openings. The owner signed the paperwork work and was going to give the copies to the daughter when the paperwork is completed. Did have the people in the house removed all the items that is theirs and place it in the front of the property. They were advised that in order to get back in the house, that they need to call the owner to remove any other items out of the house. The house was secured and posted with Do Not Enter in several areas in the front and rear of the house. RV. |
