02/27/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site and has new tenants. The have no complaints on the property and did ask on the roaches and don't have roaches at this time. Did meet with the management and they have been treating the unit when making a work order. The stair well is secured and has no loose steps and hand railing. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
