11/05/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved While doing another inspection found where a 3" PVC pipe for the water softner has broke and flooded the bottom floor and the water went into other rooms. This happened on 11-2-19 and the work was already started on the removal of the drywall where the drywall was wet. The work will be part of the other work that is going to be done from the fire. The manager did show the area of where the water line broke and the damage to the rooms. Did go over the permit can be added to the other permit and be inspected at the same time. RV.
05/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The permit T19CM08277 was issued on 11-12-19 and finaled on 1-24-2020. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
