THERE WAS A CHAINLINK STRUCTURE BUILT OUTSIDE FOR THE DOGS. I SPOKE AND MET WITH THE NEIIGHBOR (1531) WHO STATED SHE HAS NO WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS PERSON. THERE WERE NO ISSUES WITH NOISE. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
