09/24/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | The supervisor Angel Vindiola called to have the property checked at night. Did go to the site at night time and checked the parking lot area. The east and west side of the complex of student housing have no lighting that is exposed to the neighboring properties on Park Ave. and Tyndall Ave.. The garage is not exposed to the east and west side of the complex. The north and south side of the complex has a garage in-between the living areas that exposed to the Broadway Blvd. and 10th St. to the apartment complex. The parking lot has LED lighting on the interior of the garage and nothing on the exterior of the garage. The entrance on the street side on 10th St. has lighting under the concrete deck and not on the exterior to the garage. The glare is passing the garage section and does show lighting to the apartment complex on 10th St.. That glare is not direct lighting past the garage. All the lighting fixtures are aimed down inside the garage area. RV. |
10/30/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | VIDAL | Approved | The Building Offical called on the lighting where they were located. I did advise that I will be going to the site to take pictures during the daylight hours on where the lights are and if adjustable. Did meet with Clayton Trevillyan the Building Offical and showed the pictures of the parking garage. Will review the pictures and let me know the next step. RV. |
