02/18/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with tenets of the property who states management was there and she walked him through her issues. Tenant will be moving out in 5 days in will no longer be living here. Entered the apartment with the tenant who showed me they had roach infestation in the kitchen area. Then showed me to First bathroom where we saw a hole in the ceiling sheetrock. Also sink was not correctly attached and is loose. Toilet is also not bolted to the floor properly and is loose. Moved to the second bathroom where wall add damage to the sheetrock by the towel rack. Damage to the shower basin with holes there. Closet on the other side of the shower showed signs of damage and holes. Tenant was concerned about a seam in the ceiling between the living room and dining room area stated it had gotten wider. Hole in the tile in the living room had holes in a cracked tile in the hallway. Try to make contact with management however was busy in a meeting. Will move to notice of violation
04/02/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Dawn (mananger) states all was repaired in this unit, will move to close out this case
