I MADE CONTACT WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND INFORMED THEM THE COMPLAINT IS FOR A LEAK FROM THE COOLER BUT THAT THE APT 115 IS A 1ST FLOOR UNIT AND THAT LEAK MAY BE COMING FROM THE 2ND FLOOR PLUMBING. I ASKED THEY FOLLOW UP DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE CONTACT OR GAIN ENTRY. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
