10/22/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that the sewer was leaking and draining on the property. Arrived and the Planning and Development Services Department inspector was on site for a demo permit and found the plumbing connected to from one property to another property which is not allowed. The plumbing was connected from 5842 S. Park Ave. to 5850 S. Park Ave which is a vacant lot at this time. Will be doing case at the other address for 4-units and will be condemned and will not be able to use the sewer line due to not connected. Have called the owner of the property to let him know of the sewer being used still and that the units will be vacated.
06/10/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The sewer line that was on the property from next door has been removed from the property next door. The neighbors property has its own sewer line at this time. The owner is building new houses under a permit at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
