10/10/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The owner called that on site with wanting to remove the temp. fence panels in the rear of the building. Arrived and met with the owner and the fence is in the rear of the burned structure. The fencing has been removed and not in place where the fence was placed. The panels have been un-tied and not secured at this time. Called Biff Baker Fence to have the fencing re-secured. The interior of the building has been cleaned out with some items in the building. Nothing was done to have the rear of the building cleaned up and the roof has fallen that was attached to the building. Not able to remove the temp. fencing and will have it re-secured. Found items for homeless staying in the alley area and that was removed while on site. RV.
