I DID CONTACT THE OWNER AT THE ADDRESS, I WANTED TO DETERMINE IF HE HAD GOTTEN A PROPERTY SURVEY. THE HOA ARE THE PEOPLE COMPLAINING AND DRIVING THE COMPLAINT. IT DOES HAVE TO DO WITH HIS FENCE WHICH HE WAS ISSUED A COMPLIANCE REVIEW. THIS IS NOT A C/E ISSUE BUT SEEMS MORE LIKE A CIVIL MATTER. OWNERS OF SURROUNDING PROPERTIES WERE TOLD BY A REALTOR THAT BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF MATERIALS USED ON THE FENCE THAT PROPERTY VALUES WOULD BE BROUGHT DOWN, AND THE COMPLAINTS HAVE CONTINUED. COMPLAINTANTS DO NOT WANT THEIR LAWYER TO GET INVOLVED, IT SOUNDS LIKE BECAUSE OF COST. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION, THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY STATED HE HAS NOT GOTTEN HIS PROPERTY SURVEYED AND THE CALLS HAVE CONTINUED FOR OVER A YEAR ABOUT HIS FENCE. AGAIN THIS LEANS MORE TO A CIVIL ISSUE THAT A C/E ISSUE. NO VIOLATON AT THIS TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
