Arrived and the units were still on site and the owner was being booked for Tresspassing due to was found inside the house on the bed. Did find a door on the north side of the house that had not been secured due to was not able to get to the door. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the door secured with plywood. All the other openings were secured at the time of the inspection. The electrical was removed with removing the meter. The interior of the house has progress on cleaning but will require an inspection before the owner gets back into the house. RV. |

He was told that the electrician will need to check the interior to make sure all the electrical items are working in good standards. Has no smoke detectors in the house. Did let the owner know on the vehicles needing to be moved from the front of the property and the rear of the property soon or they will be cited to appear in court. There was some on site to try and buy the property or help the owner repair the house to move back into the hosue. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
