09/23/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a roof blown off. Arrived and all the units have left the site and the owner was on site. The roof covering was blown off on half of the house. Some of the covering was folded over and still on the roof. Some of the covering was on the ground. The owner has a place to stay and will call the insurance at daylight hours on the damage and for a place to stay. The house has issues with clear paths to doors and windows. Did go over what has to be done to have the clear paths to the doors and window. The electrical was off for half the house due to the cooler was damaged when the roof covering was lifted. The was some conduits that were on the roof that were also removed and those had no power at this time. RV.
08/07/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The repairs on the roof have been completed and will have to have the inside of the house checked. Will be closing this case and opening other case for the area inspector. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
