09/23/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a roof blown off. Arrived and the units have left the site. The roof covering was removed from the high winds and some plywood was removed. The electrical was removed at the breakers. The owners were on site and signed the paperwork. The interior of the house has water on the flooring through out. The owner will be calling the insurance in the morning for the damage and a place to stay. None of the drywall is bowing at this time and will need to be check tomorrow and has holes in the drywall where the drywall is not holding water. The bedroom area is dry due to the roof covering is still intact. RV.
08/07/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The repairs have been completed and the house is being lived in. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
