09/16/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Called to the site to check if the vehicle can be removed from the structure. The vehicle was completely inside the unit sideways. Was able to check the unit where the wall section has been removed and gave the OK to have the vehicle removed from the structure. The structure is a 2-story apartment complex with multiple rooms in the unit. The unit was vacant at the time of the incident and will be condemned at this time. The maintenance crew was on site and will be securing the unit once the vehicle is removed from the unit. Gary's Towing was called to remove the unit. A bedroom and bathroom were a total lost due to the walls of wood framing and the fixtures in the bathroom were all damaged. Has inspector Vindiola on the case at this time. RV.
09/16/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with TPD officers on site, states this vehicle lost control and ran into unit #1 of this complex. Unit #1 is a three bedroom 2 story unit with is vacant with gas already off. Met with manager who stated the water and electricity was shut off TFD and Maintence. Vehicle is all the way into the interior and turned sideways. Damage was to the Windows, Stucco, Stucco Mesh, Sheetrock to 3 walls and ceiling. Framing damage to Exterior wall and two Interior walls, Top and Bottom plates, Electrical, Plumbing and destroyed toilet and bathtub. Maintence Supvisor on site and would board up the hole left after vehicle was removed. 9ft tall and 30ft wide. Unit A was vacant and all utilities were turned off. NOV given and signed, will follow up on Tuesday 09/17/2019
