Arrived and the roof is being replaced with new covering and has a large amount of plywood that is being replaced. Did talk to several tenants on site and asked if the were given letters or posting on the door and some said yes and some acted like they were not told. Did meet with the manager at 320 E. Yavapai Rd. and the manager advised that a letter was sent prior to the work starting on what is going to be done on the roof being replaced. The unit has a cooler and the water line may not be connected at this time and the manager will send someone to the site to check the cooler. Has roaches and that has been treated before and will be adddressed again. The tenant has not put her name on the list for a treatment. The tenant was offered a different unit to move into and she refused. The manager will offer anotfher unit due to the amount of work being needed to be repaired. The other unit is at the other location on Yavapai RD. RV. |
