09/12/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The Management Assistance Laurie Pumphery has called that T.P.D. on site with unsanitary condition. Arrived and the units still on site and they have been called on a warefare check. One person has been transported from the unit to the hospital and not sure what for but heard for bed bugs. The person on site in the unit is blind and he was able to show what was wrong in the unit. Found puddles of water on the floor by the closet in the hallway and he was able to opened the door and the closet was filled with water. The kitchen sink is leaking water at the supply line and had a pot and was filled with water and over flowing with water. The toilet in the bathroom is missing the nut on the handle and hard to flush a this time. The roof is leaking when it rains and lacking smoke detectors. Did call the management and they were just made aware of the issues on the property. The management is getting someone to come to the unit to make the needed repairs. Will call after 3:30 PM to check the status of the work being done. RV.
