09/17/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved I VISITED THE SITE, DID FIND RAILROAD TIES BEING USED TO DEFINE THE PROPERTY LINE. OWNERS AT 3487 W RED BIRD ARE PUTTING UP A DIVIDER WALL, HAVE SECURED A PERMIT AND HAD A PROPERTY PIN SET TO DETERMINE THE PROPERTY LINE. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER MALINDA ADDIS WHO INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE CONTACTED THE HOA TO HELP SETTLE THE MATTER, THEY DID SEND THE OWNER AT 3495 A LETTER TO REMOVE THE TIES. I EXPLAINED TO HER THERE WAS LITTLE THE CITY COULD DO. I DID ADVISE HER THAT CONTACTING TPD TO BE ON SITE AT THE TIME AND DAY THEY BEGIN WORK SO THERE WOULD BE NO CONFRONTATION WITH THE NEIGHBOR AND TPD COULD HANDLE THE SITUATION BECAUSE IT IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND A CIVIL MATTER. C/E HAS NO JURISDICTION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
