TUCSON MAPS SHOW THAT THE PROPERTY LINE FOR THE TOWNHOMES IS BEYOND THE STRUCTURES BUT IT IS UNCLEAR HOW FAR. I DID FIND A METAL SHED BEHIND UNIT B, RIGHT NEXT TO THE STRUCTURE AND EXTENDS APPROX 6 FT BEYOND THE STRUCUTRE. KENNEDY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION WILL NEED TO GET INVOLVED BECAUSE A PIN SHOWING THE PROPERTY LINE WOULD NEED TO BE MARKING THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY AND THE HOA WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMON AREAS. THE SHED APPEARS TO BE A METAL SHED, MAYBE UNDER 50 SQ FT, SO IT WOULD NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT. THE CITY HAS NO JURIDICTION IN THIS CASE. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
