They were getting water from the hose bibb at the house due to nothing around the trailer. Has no sewer line connected at this time. Did meet with the owner of the property and was served the N.O.V. to Vacate the 5th wheel trailer due to lacking the utilities and no cooling. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front of the trailer and will come back to have the trailer secured about 4:0o PM. Does have 3-large dogs and having trouble to finding a place due to the dogs. He is not a VET has been looking for a place to stay for awhile. The owner has no where else they can stay and they will have to leave the property. The person affected is the grand son of the owner. RV.
09/12/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The owner called that the dogs were still on the site. Animal control was called to the site and the dogs were removed from the property. While on the site did find the son of the owner on the property and he was also advised that he can not remain on the property. Did talk o the owner and due to he has the N.O.V. to Vacate that the son also needs to be removed from the property. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the trailer on the front of the trailer. I did advised the son that he needs to be gone by dark. RV.
