Arrived and met with the owner and she showed me the main disconnect. The box was triple lugged and tied to the main wiring with out connectors. The wiring from the pole to the house has been pulled off the P.O.A. from the roof and loose at this time. Did get a rope from the owner and was able to have the wiring secured to the riser for the wiring to be secured for temporary at this time. Did talk to the owner son and went over that the electical needs an upgrade and will need to check for the GFCI's throughout the property. The owner was served a N.O.V. for the electrical and the roof covering that will need to be replaced due to blistering throughout. The son has been talking to a contractor and will check if he can get the permit and start the work. RV. |
