Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to section 301 of the Administrative Code, as adopted by reference per section 6-1 of this Code, or pursuant to any other ordinance or statute, no building, structure or building service equipment regulated by this chapter or by the technical codes adopted by the city shall be built, erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished unless a permit first has been obtained from the building official in the manner provided in the administrative and building codes adopted by the city. The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

MAIN PANEL POWERED SUB PANEL TO MOBILE HOME AND WAS SPLICED TO SERVICE SECOND MOBILE HOME THAT IS VACANT ON THE LOT. DUE TO UNSAFE AND HAZARDOUS ELECTRIC/ WIRING METHODS AS WELL AS THE POLICE ACTIVITY CE WILL HAVE TEP CUT POWER AT THE POLE SO THAT NO POWER IS BEING SUPPLIED TO EITHER MOBILE HOME. WILL CONDEMN DWELLING AS IT IS UNSAFE AND UNSTRUCTURALLY SOUND. WILL ALSO ISSUE A NOTICE FOR THE PROPERTY MAINTAINCE VIOLATIONS. ALL OCCUPANTS WERE REMOVED FROM THE DWELLING TO INCLUDE THE OWNER, WITH TPD ASSISTANCE. BOTH MOBILE HOMES POSTED TO KEEP VACANT AND UNSAFE TO OCCUPY. WORK HOURS WILL BE ALLOWED FROM 7AM TO 4 PM. OWNER STATES SHE IS THE PROCESS OF REMOVING BOTH MOBILE HOMES, CE EXPLAINED THEIR ACTIONS TO OWNER AND A PERMIT WILL BE NEEDED TO RECONNECT POWER AFTER A LICENSED CONTRACTOR HAS ADDRESSED ALL ELECTRICAL HAZARDS. THERE IS ALSO AN ILLEGAL STRUCTURE BETWEEN THE TWO MOBILE HOMES THAT OWNER PLANS ON REMOVING, CE WILL INCLUDE STRUCTURE IN THEIR NOTICE. 30 DAYS TO OBTAIN PERMITS FOR STRUCTURE AND 10 DAYS TO CLEAN AND REMOVE OUTDOOR STORAGE FROM FRONT YARD. |
